Scone... The Horse Capital of Australia

Scone is the Horse Capital of Australia and this festival celebrates the place where horses reign and where each year many people from within the region and from far afield come to share our pride in our area and our equine industry.

The Festival has evolved from a simple street parade into a 17-day program of events for everyone.

We have some fabulous new events in our programme this year and we aim to provide as many opportunities for our local community and valued visitors to celebrate the horse.
